TCGstacker Data Desk — sealed-market data for writers & editors.

What we publish

free, stock-market-style analytics for sealed trading-card products (booster boxes, ETBs, bundles) across Pokemon, Magic: The Gathering, One Piece, and Riftbound — daily per-game indexes (history since Feb 2024), top movers, capital-flow rotation, and Hype Half-Life, our named metric for how many days a new set’s launch premium takes to halve (formula published: /reports/methodology).

The report cadence

a dated D+30 decay report for every major release — Pitch Black (Aug 16), Riftbound Vendetta + JP Storm Emeralda (Aug 30), The Hobbit (Sep 13), One Piece OP-17 (Sep 27), Pokemon 30th Celebration (Oct 16), Reality Fracture (Nov 1), Radiance (Nov 22), EB-05 Heroines Vol. 2 (Nov 29), Delta Reign (Dec 6).

Same formula every time; boring curves published with the same prominence as dramatic ones.

What you can have

free, no exclusivity, no catch: any chart or stat with a named citation; the underlying CSV for any report; custom cuts on request (per-game index windows, specific products, JP-vs-EN comparisons) usually within 48 hours.

Methodology in one paragraph

daily prices from the TCGplayer catalog via the TCGCSV daily snapshot (daily, not real-time); decay math on one consistent series; separately a verified floor (cheapest actually-buyable TCGplayer listing including shipping) because trailing market prices routinely sit 10–15% under what a buyer can really click.

Honest limits

daily with up to ~24h lag; history begins 2024-02-08; verified-floor tracking began 2026-07-18; vintage sealed coverage sparse where TCGplayer’s catalog is sparse.

Nothing we publish is financial advice.

TCGstacker is a free analytics site — no subscription, no paywalled tiers; it also operates a small sealed-product shop (Mythic Holdings LLC, Vancouver, WA); reports are produced independently of inventory and never link shop listings.
