Terms of Use

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use the service with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

You are responsible for what happens under your account, including keeping your password private. Provide an email address you actually control — we require you to verify it before the account can be used. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has accessed your account.

One person, one account. Do not share credentials or create accounts on behalf of someone else without their permission.

Do not attempt to break, overload, or circumvent the service — that includes scraping at volumes that degrade it for others, evading rate limits, probing for vulnerabilities without permission, or attempting to access accounts or data that are not yours.

Do not upload anything unlawful, or any image you do not have the right to use. Do not use TCGstacker to harass anyone or to misrepresent your affiliation with us or with any trading card publisher.

TCGstacker aggregates pricing and market data from third-party sources. That data may be delayed, incomplete, or simply wrong, and past price movement tells you nothing reliable about future movement.

Nothing on this site is financial, investment, or trading advice. Decisions you make about buying or selling collectibles are yours alone, and you make them at your own risk. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any figure shown.

Credits are a virtual, in-app score with no cash value. They cannot be bought with money — the only ways to earn them are signing up, daily logins, prediction results, and similar in-app activity. They cannot be sold, transferred between accounts, or redeemed for money, and they are not a payment instrument or a security. The one thing credits can be exchanged for outside the app is described in the Prize wheel section below: a spin of the prize wheel can award a physical item. We may adjust, expire, or revoke credits — including to correct errors or to address abuse.

Predictions are a scoring feature, not gambling. Nothing is wagered, no real money is at stake, and no cash prize is available.

Premium access may be granted for credits or otherwise at our discretion. The features included in premium may change as the product develops.

The prize wheel lets you spend credits on a spin that awards one physical item by weighted random draw. The current prize pool, the exact odds of each prize, and its estimated market value are published on the odds page and are recomputed from the same data the draw itself uses. Estimated values are market estimates at the time shown, not guarantees.

No purchase is necessary to spin, and spins cannot be bought. Credits are earned only through free in-app activity as described above; we do not sell credits or spins for money.

Items you win sit in your vault. Having a won item physically shipped to you is optional and requires paying a flat shipping and handling fee, shown before you pay and processed by Stripe. Items you choose not to withdraw remain in your vault; if your account is deleted or terminated, unwithdrawn vault items are forfeited. Withdrawal shipments are covered by the store's shipping and returns policies for damage and loss in transit; because the item was won rather than purchased, change-of-mind returns do not apply, and the shipping fee is refunded only when we cannot fulfill the shipment.

If a won item becomes unavailable or is damaged before it ships, we will contact you with the choice of an equivalent substitute or a credit refund of the spin — we never substitute without your agreement.

If the store is available and you buy something, that order is also governed by the store's shipping, returns, and privacy terms linked from the storefront. Payments are handled by Stripe.

TCGstacker is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Pokémon Company, Wizards of the Coast, Magic: The Gathering, Bandai, Riot Games, or TCGplayer. All trademarks and card imagery are the property of their respective owners and are referenced for identification purposes only.

The site itself — its code, design, and original text — belongs to Mythic Holdings LLC.

The service is provided as it is, and we may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it. We do not promise any particular uptime, and features that are live today may be modified or removed.

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms or that is being used to harm the service or its users. You may stop using TCGstacker at any time and can request account deletion as described in the privacy policy.

TCGstacker is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mythic Holdings LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any lost profits, lost data, or trading losses arising from your use of the service. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, in which case those exclusions do not apply to you.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Washington.

We may update these terms; the date at the top of the page reflects the last change. Continuing to use TCGstacker after an update means you accept the revised terms.
