All sales are of the physical product listed at the time of purchase. Prices are in USD. The item price, flat shipping rate, and any tax are all shown before you pay; payment is processed by Stripe on their hosted checkout page.
Prize-vault withdrawals. Shipping an item you won on the prize wheel is also processed as an order here, but what you are paying for is the flat shipping and handling fee only — the item itself was awarded by the wheel, as described in the site terms (including the published odds and substitution rules). The fee is shown before you pay. Damage and loss-in-transit protections in the Returns & Refunds Policy apply to withdrawal shipments; change-of-mind returns do not, and the fee is refunded only if we cannot fulfill the shipment.
Adding an item to checkout holds that stock for 30 minutes. If checkout isn't completed in that window — or you back out of the payment page — the hold is released and the order is cancelled automatically; you are never charged for a cancelled hold.
Listed quantities reflect our physical stock at the moment of purchase. In the rare case of a stocking error we'll contact you promptly with the choice of a full refund or a substitution — we never substitute without your say-so.
